The room I got was a bit of a letdown. The bathroom was really small (practically a closet!) with no shelves. A tiny hand basin served as a sink. I was also annoyed by how thin the front door was. I heard every little noise outside.

Inconsistent experience. Needs improvements
musty smellworn furniture
The room I got initially was NOT good. It smelled musty, and some of the furniture was worn (the sofa had a stain!). I asked to change it, and thankfully, they moved me the next day. The new room was better but still had some mold in the bathroom. That REALLY bothered me. The walls were thin so I could hear everything from outside.
