convenient location good breakfast excellent service separate building overcrowded area worn sunloungers
the location was very convenient a supermarket was just across the road. breakfasts were really good and offered great variety. the staff in the restaurant provided excellent service and drinks were reasonably priced.
our apartment was in a separate building across the road from the main hotel it was inconvenient. the pool area seemed overcrowded with limited space to move around. many sun loungers was broken or worn out needing replacement.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities
great location spacious accommodation excellent selection
I found the location convenient, especially with a supermarket directly opposite the hotel. The spacious accommodation included effective air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection, more than I expected.
The gym equipment seemed a little old.

The rooms feature complimentary toiletries including soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I found these useful. The Harbour Suites (specifically number 207) include three-pin plug sockets, this made charging my devices very simple. A bottle of wine, bottled water, and a box of sweets welcomed me upon arrival.

The staff provided helpful and friendly service throughout my stay. The reception staff offered assistance with directions and local information. The on-site shop had everything I needed (especially snacks!).

I appreciated the diverse and tasty food options available each day. The restaurant offered varied dishes. There was something for every taste. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

small bathroom thin door
The room I got was a bit of a letdown. The bathroom was really small (practically a closet!) with no shelves. A tiny hand basin served as a sink. I was also annoyed by how thin the front door was. I heard every little noise outside.

Inconsistent experience. Needs improvements
musty smell worn furniture
The room I got initially was NOT good. It smelled musty, and some of the furniture was worn (the sofa had a stain!). I asked to change it, and thankfully, they moved me the next day. The new room was better but still had some mold in the bathroom. That REALLY bothered me. The walls were thin so I could hear everything from outside.
